Stage 1: Online Written Examination

This is the primary stage where merit is determined. The exam is conducted by IBPS and features objective-type questions. 

  • Duration: 60 Minutes (with separate timing for each of the two sections).
  • Total Marks: 100 Marks (100 Questions).
  • Medium: Conducted in English only.
  • Negative Marking: 0.25 marks are deducted for each incorrect answer.

  • Graduation degree (passed on or after 01-01-2022).
  • Proof of birth, Domicile certificate, and Category/Caste certificates (if applicable).
  • Aadhaar Card and PAN Card. 

Stage 4: Medical Examination & Final Engagement

  • Medical Fitness: Shortlisted candidates must be declared medically fit by a qualified medical practitioner as per the Bank’s requirements.
  • Final Merit List: Prepared district-wise, region-wise, and category-wise based on written exam scores.
  • Waitlist: A waitlist of 50% of notified vacancies is maintained for one year to fill any gaps from candidates who do not join. 

Important Bonus: Domiciles of J&K and Ladakh receive an additional 2.5 bonus marks added to their final written test score.

  2. Student Registration: Click on “Student” and then “Student Register”.
  3. Complete Profile: Fill in your personal details and upload necessary documents to complete your profile to 100%.
  4. Aadhaar-DBT Linking: Ensure your mobile number, Aadhaar, and bank account are inter-linked and that DBT is enabled in your bank account to receive the government’s share of the stipend.
  5. Get Enrolment Number: Once registered, note down your unique NATS enrolment number; you will need this for the bank’s form.

  5. Upload Scanned Documents:
    • Photograph: 20KB–50KB (JPG/JPEG).
