Option B (Low Volume): Shortlisting

Stage 4: Document Verification (DV) & Medical

  • Signature: On white paper with black ink (10 KB – 20 KB). Do not use Capital Letters.

  • Handwritten Declaration: On white paper with black ink (50 KB – 100 KB).

Text: “I, _______ (Name), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

Step 3: Fill Application Details

  • Enter your Educational QualificationsWork Experience, and Professional Certifications.

  • Choose your preferred Examination Centre (if an online test is conducted).

  • Ensure your name and your father/husband’s name are spelled correctly as per your ID proof.

Step 5: Online Payment
