  • Negative Marking: A penalty of 1/4th (0.25) mark is deducted for every wrong answer.

  2. New Registration: Click on “Click here for New Registration” and enter your name, mobile number, and email ID. The portal will generate a provisional Registration Number and Password.
  3. Upload Photo & Signature: Log in and upload your passport-size photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm) and your signature in black ink according to the prescribed dimensions.
  4. Enter Personal & Academic Details:
    • Select the only one State you wish to apply for.
    • Select your preferred official local language.
    • Input your educational qualification details (Graduation scores).
    • Enter your NAPS Apprenticeship Registration Number.
  5. Upload Left Thumb Impression & Handwritten Declaration: Upload a clear scan of your left thumb impression (white paper, blue/black ink) and the required text declaration written in your own handwriting.
  6. Preview Application: Thoroughly review every section of your application. You cannot change any data after final submission.
  7. Application Fee Payment: If applicable (General/OBC/EWS), pay the ₹300 fee online using UPI, Net Banking, or Debit/Credit cards.
  8. Print Confirmation: Print your final completed application form and fee receipt for your future records.
