Candidates appearing for the CCRH Recruitment 2026 Walk-in-Interview for the posts of Research Fellow and Research Associate must carefully read and strictly follow the general instructions issued by the Central Council for Research in Homoeopathy (CCRH), Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India. These instructions are crucial to ensure a smooth and hassle-free interview process. Failure to comply with any of the instructions may result in disqualification at any stage of the recruitment process.

1. Nature of Appointment
The posts advertised under CCRH Recruitment 2026 are purely contractual and temporary in nature. The engagement is usually for a fixed tenure or until the completion of the project, whichever is earlier. The selected candidates will not have any claim for regular appointment, permanent absorption, or extension beyond the specified period.

2. Eligibility Verification Candidates must ensure that they fulfil all eligibility conditions such as age limit, educational qualifications, and experience as on the cut-off date mentioned in the official notification. Eligibility will be verified during the walk-in-interview. If at any stage it is found that a candidate does not meet the required eligibility criteria, their candidature will be cancelled without any notice.

3. Walk-in-Interview Reporting

7. Reservation Policy
Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD candidates will be applicable as per Government of India norms, provided valid certificates issued by the competent authority are produced at the time of interview. OBC candidates must ensure that their caste certificate clearly mentions Non-Creamy Layer status.

8. Age Relaxation
Age relaxation will be provided to reserved category candidates as per Government of India rules. Candidates claiming age relaxation must submit valid documentary proof in original at the time of interview.

9. Medical Fitness
Selected candidates will be required to be medically fit for engagement. CCRH may ask candidates to submit a medical fitness certificate from a recognized medical authority before final appointment.

10. Place of Posting
Selected candidates can be posted at any CCRH unit, institute, or project location across India, depending on the project requirement. Candidates must be willing to work at the allotted place of posting and should not request for change of location.

11. Professional Conduct
Candidates are expected to maintain discipline, professionalism, and ethical conduct throughout the selection process and during the period of engagement. Any form of misbehavior, canvassing, or influence will lead to immediate disqualification.

12. False Information
If any information furnished by the candidate is found to be false, incorrect, or misleading, the candidature will be cancelled immediately, even after selection. CCRH reserves the right to take legal action in such cases.

13. Contract Termination
The contractual engagement may be terminated at any time by CCRH without assigning any reason, by giving prior notice or payment of notice period salary, as per terms of the contract.

14. Amendments & Cancellation Rights
CCRH reserves the right to:

  • Modify or withdraw the advertisement
  • Change interview dates or venue
  • Increase or decrease the number of vacancies
  • Cancel the recruitment process entirely
  • No claims or compensations will be entertained in this regard.
