Selection Process

The selection process for Agniveervayu (Sports) Intake 02/2026 is conducted in three distinct stages at the recruitment venue. Since this is a sports-specific entry, the process focuses heavily on your athletic performance rather than a written CET exam.

Stage 1: Document Verification & Physical Fitness Test (PFT)

Upon reporting to the Tejas Camp, New Delhi, your original sports and educational certificates are verified. Candidates who pass verification proceed to the PFT.

  • 1.6 km Run: Must be completed within 7 minutes.
  • Push-ups: 10 reps (within 1 minute).
  • Sit-ups: 10 reps (within 1 minute).
  • Squats: 20 reps (within 1 minute).
