Eligibility Criteria for SAMEER Recruitment 2026

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF APPOINTMENT:
- (i) No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the screening test and/or interview.
- (ii) SAMEER reserves the right to accept or reject any candidature at any stage of the recruitment process without assigning any reason thereof.
- (iii) SAMEER reserves the right to cancel, restrict, enlarge, modify or alter the recruitment process, if circumstances so warrant, without issuing any further notice or assigning any reason.
- (iv) Candidates must ensure that they fulfil all eligibility conditions prescribed for the post applied for. In the event it is found at any stage of the selection process or thereafter that a candidate has furnished false or incorrect information, suppressed material facts, or does not meet the eligibility criteria, the candidature/service shall be liable to rejection/termination without notice.

- (vi) The appointment shall be purely on contractual basis and shall not confer any right to regularisation, absorption, or continuation of service in SAMEER.

- (viii) Experience beyond the period prescribed in the advertisement shall not be considered for grant of additional increments, and no candidate shall have any right to claim such increments.
- (ix) Candidates who have previously been engaged with any SAMEER Centre as Research Scientist, Project Engineer (PE), or Project Associate (PA) for an aggregate period of five (5) years or more shall not be eligible for appointment to the posts of Project Engineer or Project Associate.
- (x) Selected candidates will have liability to serve anywhere in the country.
- (xi) No candidate shall have any right to claim accommodation. Accommodation may be provided to candidates selected subject to availability, on a shared basis and on payment of monthly license fee and rental charges as per the prevailing rules and listing. In the event of any violation of hostel rules, the project staff will have to vacate the hostel as per the directions of the authorities.
- (xii) Canvassing in any form or bringing any influence will be treated as a disqualification for the post.
- (xiii) No interim correspondence or queries shall be entertained.
- (xiv) Applications of Indian citizens only shall be considered.
