Application Fee

For the IOCL Mathura Refinery Apprentice Recruitment 2025-26, there is no application fee for any category of candidates.

Selection Process

1. Merit Based Shortlisting :

Shortlisting is done based on the percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying examination (ITI, Diploma, or Degree).

Tie-Breaking Rule: If two or more candidates have the same marks, the older candidate (based on Date of Birth) is given preference.
If the DOB is also identical, marks in Class 10 are used as the final tie-breaker.

2. Document Verification (DV): Shortlisted candidates are called for verification of original credentials at the Mathura Refinery. You must bring:

10th Class Certificate (Proof of Age).
Original Marksheets/Certificates of qualifying degree/diploma/ITI.
Category/Caste Certificate (if applicable).

3. Medical Examination (PEME)

Location: Conducted by the Corporation Medical Officer at Mathura Refinery or an authorized Government Civil Surgeon.
