ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:-
1. Educational Qualification:-
Candidates must possess Varies by post from a recognized university/board to apply for Bargarh District Teaching and Non-Teaching Posts positions.
- Computer Teacher: Graduation in Any Discipline and P.G DCA
- Head-Master/ Principal: Master of Arts/Science Or its Equivalent with General BED with Diploma or Degree in concerned stream or Special BED in concerned Stream
- Trained Graduate (T.G): Graduate of Arts/Science Or its Equivalent with General BED with Diploma or Degree in concerned stream or Special BED in concerned Stream
- Trained Intermediate Teacher(T.I): +2 Pass or its equivalent, RCI Recognized Diploma in Special Education in concerned stream
- Warden/Matron: Graduate of Arts/Science Or its Equivalent with Special Education Degree/Diploma in concerned Stream
- Cook: VIII Passed with Knowledge of cooking
- Cook Helper: VIII Passed with Knowledge of cooking
- Attendant: VIII Passed
- Sweeper-Cum-Watchman: VIII Passed
- Speech Therapist(Part-Time): Passed +2 science or it’s equivalent with DHLS or BASLP course
- P.E.T(Part-Time): Passed +2 science or it’s equivalent with CPED

- Sweeper-Cum-Watchman: 4750-14680 (1700 G.P)
- Speech Therapist(Part-Time): Rs.500/- per Visit
- P.E.T(Part-Time): Rs.500/- per Visit
SELECTION PROCESS:-
Candidates will be selected based on the following process:
- 60% weightage to academics career proportionately
- 40% weightage to interview/skill test
- Eligibility criterion specified by the Government in SSEPD Department vide Resolution No. 6408, dated 03.09.2016
- After preparation of the Merit list, candidates in the ratio of 1:5 will be called for original certificates verification and Written Test/ Interview/ Presentation
- For P.E.T (PART TIME) and Speech therapist (PART TIME), called by concerned school committee as per requirement.

INSTRUCTIONS:-
- As per the norms of the Government, The Management of the concerned Schools will release the Recruitment Advertisement in two widely circulated Odia daily newspapers as well as in the Bargarh District and Departmental Website along with the Notice Board of Collectorate, Bargarh.
- No other means of submitting application will be allowed.
- After expiry of the Last date for submission of Applications for the vacant posts, the concerned School should intimate to the Dist. Social Security Officer, Bargarh about the number of applications received for different vacant posts date wise.
- The Application Forms will be sorted as per the academic and professional merit, and produced before the District Level Selection Committee.
- The posts are purely temporary on contractual basis and can be terminated at any time without stating any reason thereof.
- Selected candidates are to be engaged under the Management of Bapujee Special School Bargarh and they cannot claim any financial entitlements or benefits at par with Government employees.
- Candidates of reserved category will be eligible for age relaxation as per Govt. norms and necessary documents should be attached to this effect.
- Candidates must submit the HSC Certificate and other documents as mentioned against the posts above, along with the filled-in application form.
- Candidates applying for Attendant/COOK/Cook Helper/SCW should submit the Class VIII certificate and marks-sheet for assessment of their merit, without which the Applications shall not be entertained.
- The Scale of Pay mentioned against the posts are indicative only, which do not make any entitlements for the selected candidates. The initial engagement in the posts bear consolidated remuneration only, as fixed by the Government in SS&EPD Department.
- Incomplete application forms, absence of Money Receipt or applications without required relevant enclosures or applications received after the due date will summarily be rejected.
- The Management of Bapujee Special School Bargarh reserves the right to cancel or alter the advertisement without assigning any reason thereof.
