Eligibility Criteria :-
- Post-Graduation Degree in Education/Philosophy/Sociology/Psychology with minimum 50% marks and B.El.Ed or B.Ed. or D.El.Ed with 50% marks or M.Phil. or Ph.D. in Education for Teacher Educator in Foundation Course.
- Post-Graduate Degree in Science (Physics/Chemistry/Botany/ Zoology/ Mathematics/ Geography / Geology) with Minimum 50% marks and M.Ed. with Minimum 50% marks for Teacher Educator in Science.
- M.A. in History with minimum 50% marks and M.Ed. with Minimum 50% marks for Teacher Educator in History.
- M.A. in Geography with Minimum 50% marks and M.Ed. with minimum 50% marks for Teacher Educator in Geography.
- M.A. in Economics with minimum 50% marks and M.Ed. with minimum 50% marks for Teacher Educator in Economics.
- M.A. in Political Science with Minimum 50% marks and M.Ed. with minimum 50% marks for Teacher Educator in Political Science.
- M.A. or M.Sc. in Mathematics with minimum 50% marks and M.Ed. with minimum 50% marks for Teacher Educator in Mathematics.
- M.A. in Odia with minimum 50% marks and M.Ed. with minimum 50% marks for Teacher Educator in Odia.
- M.A. in English with minimum 50% marks and M.Ed. with minimum 50% marks for Teacher Educator in English.
- Master Degree in Physical Education (M.P.Ed) with minimum 50% marks for Physical Education Instructor.
- Master Degree in Fine Arts(Visual Arts with minimum 50% marks) or Master Degree in Performing Arts(Music/Dance/Theatre) with minimum 50% marks for Art Education Instructor.
Age limit :-
Minimum age : 21 year
Maximum age : 42 years
However, the upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for candidates belonging to SEBC, SC, ST and all Women candidates, 10 years for candidates belonging to PwD category and the total period of service rendered in defence service in case of Ex-servicemen. PwD candidates in the ST and SC category shall be entitled to cumulative age relaxation of 10 years over and above the normal relaxation specified for the category. However, a candidate who comes under more than one category shall be eligible for only one benefit of age relaxation as per rule which will be most beneficial to her/him.
Salary :-
- 35,400 – 1,12,400 level-9 , Cell (as per ORSP Rules, 2017)

Selection Process :-
- Stage – I: Preliminary Examination- 150 marks
- Stage – II: (a) Main Written Examination: Technical paper(s)- 200 Marks.
- Stage – III: Certificate Verification
