Indian Army TES Entry

The Technical Entry Scheme (TES) is a direct entry route for unmarried male candidates who have completed 10+2 with PCM subjects. Through this scheme, selected candidates receive military training along with technical education and are later commissioned as officers in the Indian Army.

Unlike many other government recruitments, TES does not require a written examination conducted separately by the Army. Shortlisting is done on the basis of JEE Mains scores and academic performance. After that, candidates are called for the SSB Interview and medical examination.

This scheme is highly prestigious because candidates join the Army at a young age and get the opportunity to build a secure and respected career while serving the country.
